Joe Pemberton, PhD

Joe is an engineer and data scientist with over 20 years of developing leading-edge software solutions for both government and commercial clients. His areas of specialty are algorithm development, data analytics, and mission planning. He currently serves as the Director of evolve24’s Innovation Lab, where he leads and inspires cutting edge technology capability.

Joe earned his Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence and an MS in Machine Learning from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He also earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
