Rose Sommovigo

Rose Sommovigo leads evolve24’s human capital strategy, directly overseeing the organization’s recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations efforts. Rose is committed to building a people services-focused function that creates value for its employees and customers. She also takes great pride in fostering a culture that ensures all evolve24 employees feel welcomed, heard, and comfortable.

Before joining evolve24, Rose held diverse human resources leadership roles in both public and private organizations. She is a proven leader in developing people and processes, with a unique talent for building and managing strategic, efficient, and results-oriented teams, business functions, and departments.

Rose’s dedication to leadership and teamwork also extends outside the office, having represented Team USA on the international stage in futsal since 2022. She most recently competed in the 2022 International Futsal Alliance World Championships held in Blanes, Spain.

Rose holds a Professional in Human Resources certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute, and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from James Madison University.
